It tells you why it crashed
When a server keeps crashing, its page reads the crash report for you and says why in plain words: a mod missing something it needs, a mod made only for players' games, too little memory, or a world from other software. Where there's a fix, it's one button.

Questions, answered
Minecraft: Java Edition, on Paper for plugins, Fabric, Forge or NeoForge for mods, Vanilla as Mojang ships it, or a whole modpack from Modrinth. Older versions work too: each server gets the Java its Minecraft version needs. More games are on the way.
Yes. A new server runs the newest Minecraft, and you can pick any version its software supports from Settings, older ones included. Once you add plugins or mods it stays on its version, so an update can't break them. Going back to an older version moves your world aside instead of breaking it; nothing is deleted.
From $5 a month for a 2 GB Grass, $10 for a 4 GB Oak, up to $40 for a 16 GB Diamond. High CPU adds $5 a month and Realtime adds $10. Pay every 3 months for 5% off, or yearly for 15% off.
No. There's no first-month deal and no crossed-out price: what you pay first is what you keep paying.
Any time, from the server's Plan page, which also shows what it's using against its plan. A bigger plan is charged for the rest of the period straight away; a smaller one leaves a credit on your next bill. The server restarts at its new size and its world and files come with it.
Yes, from Modrinth, in one click on the server's page. Every change takes a backup first, brings along whatever the mod needs, and restarts the server. You can also upload your own jars in the file manager.
Separate setups on one server, each with its own world, mods, software and settings, like a survival world and a modpack side by side. One runs at a time, at the same address; switching takes a minute or two and the one you leave stays exactly as it was. Every server keeps 2, and packs add more, up to 12. They share the plan's storage.
How much of the machine your server can lean on when it's busy. Everyone shares fairly; High and Realtime keep whole cores just for you, so a busy neighbour never slows you down. Change it any time and it applies at once, without a restart.
Every server gets one a day, kept for 7 days, and you can keep 3 of your own for as long as you like. Download any of them, or restore one: a backup of how things are is taken first, so a restore can be undone.
Invite them by email as co-owners, moderators or members, and each sees only what their role can use. They never pay; the server's owner does. Everything they change is in the server's audit log.
Yes, to one of its co-owners, from Settings. They take over paying for it from the day the period you've paid for ends, so nobody pays twice; the world, its backups and everyone on it stay as they are, and you stay on as a co-owner.
Its page says why in plain words: a mod that's missing something, a mod made only for players' games, too little memory, or a world from other software. Where there's a fix, it's a button, and it takes a backup first.
It's set up and started within about a minute of paying, with its own address to share.
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, right on our checkout, and right in the dashboard when you add another server, with the cards you've used before. Cancel any time from the server's Billing page and it runs to the end of what you've paid for. Deleting a server stops billing straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period.
13 or over to have an account. Paying needs someone 18 or over, or a parent's go-ahead.
